In this map, Hawkins has divided human consciousness into many emotional levels ranging from negative to positive and each level will correspond to a wave level from 1-1,000. 5. STOP COMPLAINING
Not saying “yes” when talking about others, not bragging about things you don’t understand are criteria that help improve the quality of your life. Empty complaints and negative conversations only keep you in a bad emotional loop with no way out.
6. EXPRESS GRATITUDE
Be grateful for whatever you have. Being grateful allows you to raise your vibe and attract positivity into your life. Everything happens for a reason, whether it is a lesson or a stroke of luck, it has brought something of value to you and gratitude will make you a better person.
7. LOVE YOURSELF
There is an African proverb: “ When there is no enemy within, no enemy outside can harm you .” If you learn to love yourself by accepting everything from the bad to the good, you will begin to love and accept those around you. That’s also the reason why people often whisper to each other: love yourself before you start loving someone else.
